    1. Not as easy as you would think. The time I used a store bought fondant was much easier than the homemade version. I think with practise it would become much easier. It’s a difficult game of rolling it thin enough that it’s not overwhelming and too thick for the cake and rolling it so thin that it breaks and begins to show imperfections.
